Synopsis

Traveling to the past, Harry Diamond arrives in Apache, Texas on the eve of a Top Gun competition open to lawman and outlaw alike. In his search for Captain Paragon's identity, he makes a number of acquaintances including young Charles Starrett and his mentor Doc Marvel. Outside of town, the Femforce, minus Tara but including Stardust, arrive in 1874 and assume disguises as female outlaws. While Nightveil enters the contest and She-Cat befriends some Kiowas, Ms. Victory and Stardust find a drunken Harry in the saloon. A fight breaks out, and due to a shoulder wound Charlie receives, his identity as the Latigo Kid is discovered by his enemy, Senator Clane. Unknown to any of the time travelers at this point, Klyness the Kronon has also arrived in 1874 to hunt down Captain Paragon. Meanwhile, in the present, Cap himself sits in solitude on the Moon, distraught over the possibility that he may be a genetically-engineered Kronon, At that moment he comes face-to-face with the Shade. On Earth, the Sentinels of Justice, along with other paranormals, are now declared outlaw vigilantes as Atoman takes over Latimer Labs and declares martial law. Denny Brant. hearing the news in New York, tries to summon Commando D, but Vardax emerge from the ring and steal it, declaring that the D-man is now their prisoner and that they will use the ring as another gateway to their invasion of Earth.
